Whiskey
Scotch is mostly malted barley, and bourbon is mostly corn, both are whisky or whiskey. In the whiskey game there's Irish, Scotch, Japanese, Canadian, Tennessee, Bourbon, Rye, and Blended... it's quite varied and very tasty.
